Our mission is to make the benefits of the coffee community accessible to everyone. We work with all members of the community to provide equitable access to quality work and customer service. No matter your level of experience in the coffee industry, we enthusiastically share our expertise so that you can bring quality coffee into your business strategy.  We add value to your business by increasing the quality of the product that you make. Our services follow standards and best practices from the Coffee Technicians Guild. We work with you, your staff, and contractors to meet local and state code. As a small business, we understand the specific challenges that small businesses face and can work towards solutions specific to your business’ needs.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Our commitment to action to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive coffee company :

  • We make annual donations to nonprofit organizations working to make the coffee industry more equitable and inclusive.

  • Our employee onboarding requires implicit bias and sexual harassment prevention training.

  • To offer more inclusive communication services, we take service calls through phone, text,  and email. Members of our staff have some proficiency in Spanish. For other languages, we can use language translators with email and text.
